When someone can identity a problem in oneself, then that means they are not dumb or stupid or an idiot or passive, that means they are very well conscious and aware of their actions and behaviors and how it affects another and even especially themselves, that means they are deliberate in their doings of trying to not prove something to themselves ( that yes their are genuine people who actually does care)….what I do appreciate however is the fact that they know what they need to be doing differently to survive, however about why the choose to torture themselves is beyond me and only they know the answer to this, I can only assume in the assessment of the situation is that in their efforts they really mean no harm to which they unintentionally inflicts, but that they have a hard time finding themselves and are pretty much confused about their direction and purpose…..but all because of a past experience, that didn’t cost them their life then, they are determined in making it paralyze them for as long as they have breath left…daaang!!

Acknowledgement of initiated errors means you know its not what you want to be doing but how to stop yourself is the biggest challenge, you are not your mistakes or your failures or your disappointments, however much required is for you to go back to the drawing board and resurface with a different strategy, you still do have the opportunity to relaunch and reinvigorate your dream, dig deep and challenge yourself and hold that vision, all the bad experiences can be used for a greater good and regardless of what is going on around you, refuse to play small or to give up, put your self in auto-pilot and choose the road less traveled and march towards your dream and stop overwhelming yourself with darkness. Let go and trust, reach for new goals and conquer new mountains.

Yes your relationship of many years may have ended and you were disappointed, devastated, disturbed, shocked and probably even traumatized and confused, yes the pain was unbearable, you felt disillusioned and were filled with despair, but guess what, you are here now, you didn’t die, its time to let it go and move on…. ITS TIME TO MOVE ON, yes you have taken a hit, yes life may have knocked you down, but you for sure weren’t knocked out, yes your mind may have lost balance causing you to stagger and your heart felt as if it had been ripped out and handed back to you on a silver platter, but as hard as it will be, you have to shake it off and move on, and moving on means that there is no amount of anything that’s worth your sanity….you can start over again and believe in yourself that you have what it takes to make it right and maintain it staying right…..just focus yourself on things that really matter and don’t give in to the distractions! You have the power to change your circumstances and pull yourself together to love and be loved again….
