Have you visited the Saturn Return site? These seem like more Saturn issues than North Node stuff, and I would have expected some major developments in this area in 2015 for you. http://www.yoursaturnreturn.net. I’m sorry to hear about the situation with your brothers and sisters. That sounds painful to me. One thing I have had to learn myself and come to accept is that sometimes our family is composed not of our blood relatives but of those with whom we have a real soul connection. Not everyone gets a close, functioning, supportive nuclear family in each lifetime. That’s for sure. Congratulations on your degree. Don’t worry about the travel. If it’s something you want, it will fall into place when the time is right.

I have North Node at 29º 2′ Scorpio in the 9th house. BUT, I have Saturn at 2º 55′ in Sagittarius, also in the 9th House. My big brother, left me, when I was 6 years old, to go to college,Viet Nam, and then back to college, and marriage. He has always lived far away from me, and because he is 10 years older than I am, he can’t relate to me. He is close to my older sister, and they, and their spouses, travel a lot, together. I am not wealthy, so I can’t afford to join them. (They’re both Multi-Millionaires) So, I often feel like the Bastard Child. I finally managed to secure a degree in Library Science, after trying to major in at least Something, for over 6 years. I was constantly beset with obstacles, oppositions, and setbacks the entire journey. Travel is usually a disaster for me. Something always seems to go wrong, I either get sick, or have drama with other people in my group, or both. I get motion sickness, so cruises are out of the question. Religion is elusive to me. I never seem to quite get it. I have gone from church, to church, to church trying to find that “Perfect Fit”. I have come close, but have not yet achieved an absolute certainty of truth feeling. I still have many items that are sitting “on the back burner” so to speak. I feel like a doubting Thomasina. I have, however, had many very Spiritual Experiences, so I am Convinced that there is a God, and Jesus. (I’m a Scorpio, with Moon In Capricorn, and Pisces Rising) I feel like Saturn has really screwed up my chances with my North Node, and I don’t know how to overcome, and rise above it.

Wow! Spot on! I have North Node in 9th House Aquarius. I started learning a second language at age 41, left the States at age 54, and have traveled the world teaching English … 12 schools in 10 cities in 7 countries so far, have visited another 12 countries and speak a tiny smattering of about 6 languages … in one month, it’s on to a new city in a new country.
