Capricorn Woman and Pisces Man Compatibility
This is one of those combinations that could make a very boring date but a heavenly marriage, so the success of the pairing will depend on the timing and life plan of the individuals.ย Deep down inside, every Pisces man is so lost and confused that he dreams of someone to get him organized, pin him to the ground, make him feel secure, and give him a reason to be here now.ย Capricorn women are able to supply an ample amount of motherliness with a business-like attitude which can line up a Pisces man and get him marching – for the good of both.ย It it not always thrilling to be around a Capricorn woman, but you always feel safe and secure.ย You know the bills are paid, the food will be on the table at 6:00, the kids will be clean and mannerly, and the 401(k) is building behind the scenes.ย This, to a Pisces man, is a little bit of heaven.
How to Attract a Capricorn Woman as a Pisces Man:
This is one occasion where everything that usually works against you will work for you.ย She will find your confusion and insecurity appealing and interpret it as a call to action.ย Be sure and mention the cat pee on your carpet, the half-done deck in the backyard, and your missing IRS payment.ย This will really turn her on.
How to Attract a Pisces Man as a Capricorn Woman: ย ย Let your natural motherliness and competence move you forward.ย He will adore these qualities or want nothing at all to do with them.ย Either way you will have your answer quickly.
Degree of Romance:
This relationship can have some really endearing aspects of romance in the way a mother romances a baby, or better yet, the way a baby romances its mother.ย Basically two different species, the female goat and male fish were born to care for one another.ย She can take care of all his physical needs, daily routines, unpaid bills, etc.,ย while he ministers tenderly to the feelings she has that have never been cared about before.ย They both blossom and grow.ย He becomes more confident about the outer world, and she becomes more confident about the inner world.ย ย They learn that they can really count on each other.
Degree of Passion:
Passion is a little bit frightening to both of these signs when you get right down to it.ย Capricorn is an earth element.ย Pisces is a water element.ย Let’s leave passion to the fire signs.
Degree of Friendship:
There can be an enormous degree of friendship between these two.ย ย Friends care for each other and thatโs what these two do.
Degree of Marriage:
This combination makes an excellent marriage, particularly for raising children.ย It promises comfort in old age, as well as much along the way.ย It is a very deep, soulful connection of the stuff that makes a real marriage.ย Few people will ever know the degree of comfort and security that these two experience daily.
Progression of Relationship:
As a Pisces man slips his hand into the Capricorn woman’s and they proceed forward, solicitous of one another’s well-being, they build a cathedral of hope and security against the cold, cruel world.ย No reason to rush.ย Both parties are very old souls who know that everything comes at the right time and in the right order.ย This is a relationship that can withstand all sorts of obstacles — both inner and outer — and thrive.
Sex:
Most Capricorns are amazingly shy about sex, like a 13 year old girl.ย This quality sticks with them throughout their lives.ย It is especially healing for a Capricorn to immerse herself in Pisces’ all-forgiving waters where sexuality is concerned.ย Pisces men care for nothing except that their partner is comfortable and satisfied.ย They can be very self-sacrificing by nature.ย This helps Capricorn over the rough spots into a new world of intimacy.
When Itโs Over:
This well-crafted relationship is not likely to end.ย If it does, it will be ended by Capricorn, and she will send the Pisces man forth with a warm jacket, boots, and a hotel reservation and packed lunch.ย She will shed many a tear over her decision, but if she does it, it will be the best thing.ย It is not likely that Pisces would ever leave this shelter of his own accord, though he may stray romantically from time-to-time.

Hey Nancy… you have explained it so beautifully….. ๐ Im a Pisces guy and I like this Capricorn girl… She is so lovely…. we cant stop talking and sharing things abt out lives… Hope it works out for me… after reading your article I feel confident abt it… Gonna tell my friends abt your link…. ๐
It’s a GREAT combination. And thanks for sharing the link.
I am a Pisces man and dated a Capricorn Woman for a little over 5 years. It laid dormant for closing in on 1 year and eventually faded and ended by my decision.
It’s interesting to note that an insecure Capricorn basically goes against everything that initially would attract a Pisces. And in such case the relationship will most likely fail.
Why do Pisces’ always come across as some aloof puppy floating around the Zodiac in search of some reinforcement in lifestyle? So easy to dismiss any rebuttal from a Pisces to ‘sensitivity’. Maybe the Zodiac is changing?
They seem like they live in a world of their own to the rest of us,
I’m a capricorn woman, just about to go on a date with a pisces man. Not sure what to expect but this article has given me the courage to face the music. He sounds a really nice man, hope the first date will be a great one.
Thanks for this great arcticle!!
this is a great website! will definately pass it on
Thanks, Stefanie!!
I must just be an extremely hardhearted Capricorn, because I can never make it work with a Pisces. We’re always butting heads instead of meshing together like everything says we should. I do like Pisces, as one of my good friends is one, but it seems like I can never just play nice with one. There are a lot of arguments between us due to their sometimes easily hurt feelings.
Don’t get me wrong, we HAVE learned a lot from each other, but it always seems to end in bitterness. I suppose Pisces just isn’t for me. Perhaps it’s because I’m a rising Sagittarius. But we always end up bickering :c I guess the Fish just isn’t where I’m meant to stray.
SO TRUE!! wow. im in tears! im a cap and my Boyfriends a Pis.
interesting!..im a capricorn woman and getting 2 know a pisces male…a bit challenging i would say..passion def sumthng i can sense with this pisces..caring nature..bt somehow secretive… feel connected 2 him in a spiritual sense, strange that i could pick up when he’s lying, even if it is a little white lie,not revealing that 2 him though..lol..but then again my cautious and suspicious nature always seem to get the better of me at times..great sight and very informative..thanks!
I am a Cap woman and I dated a Pisces man for 3 years. I found him to be a lovely man possessing all of the good qualities of his zodiac sign. In fact, my relationship with him has been the most fulfilling connection I have had with a man thus far. Unfortunately, the relationship ended not because of his aloofness or confusion but because of his attachment to the past. He is still attached to an ex-wife and insanely in love with her despite the fact that she is married and has been for twelve years. Her involvement with him is one of selfish convenience on her part but pure love and adoration on his part. I think I stayed so long with him out of pity. His weakness and indecisiveness are the ammunition she uses to satisfy whatever selfish desires she has, and as a Ram, she has plenty. All that said, I do believe that astrology plays a part in the success of relationships; however, several other factors must be considered such as all of the experiences a person has had in life. These experiences will definitely influence much of what that person does. Still, life is full surprises and you never know where you will find love. I definitely found love with my Pisces man who happens to be twenty years my senior. Even though it’s over, I have no regrets.
hi Im only 17.. so yea im a capricorn n im datin a pisces guy n he’s like way older than me. dont worry he’s not over 21.. datz cuz he’s 21 ! lol.
but we really love eachother. tis article is kinda true..
sex part is kinda funny… we never done yet ! he’s willing to wait .. lol
This is so true =(
I just broke it off with my Pisces… In the end, it became a co-dependent relationship and it got really nasty. There was no logic anymore and it was all emotional. We were blaming each other for our shortcomings and we became self-destructive; we weren’t cleaning up our own garbage partially because I didn’t think he deserved the best from me and he was the same.
In the end, I did cry many tears and I STILL worry about how he is doing up to now. I still look out for him (i.e. if I’m dating, I make sure he doesn’t find out because it will break his heart).
Having said that though, we tried to make it work again but it didn’t succeed… and I wasn’t always tactful.
Thanks for the advice, reALLY GOOD, and i am a Pisces
Its true , but idk my relationship with pisces didnt work out he is just weird!! he was so jealous all the time didnt let me to be alone with my friends , and what weird was about him he always wanted me to be jealous of him idk he was asking me random questions about what if i find him cheating on me , he wanted to know my reaction maybe i didnt show my emotions idk but still , well it ended up he dissapeared , i didnt hear nothing from him now again he tries to get in my lfe but i do like i dont want on purpose where was he before!!!
amazingly true……..
can really relate to it……
its a excellent guide for a capri to know a piscean & vice versa….
thnks!!!!!!!!!!! worth sharing……
I recently reconnected with a past Capricorn love interest after twenty years (we were young lol). Again, geography is an obstacle, as i live in NYC and she in NO, but given the fact that we compliment each other so well and no one in my life has ever measured up to her, I’m willing to make any sacrifices needed to make this work this time; even if this means leaving all I know behind. It’s just too amazing that after all this time, we have more in common now than we even did. I just can’t past this up and I won’t make the same mistake twice. Good luck everyone
tru, the passion develops slowly in this combo….:)
my pisces man is just as hard headed as i am…we are so in love but young, but i have a really good feeeling about our future.
one thing is also tru in this passage……….really i hav to become mom n strict with my picean guy sometimes, feels like kicking his ass……….x-( whatever he wins me back with his stupid n childish pranks……….but in end he has discovered that i m more childish then him…….:))
What’s life without a sprinkling of fun?…. my piscean guy needs that and I provide it every now and then. But ultimately we both know how to make this work.
how tru……….we both r growing together…:)
I’m in college and I am a capricorn, jan 17th, and I like this guy a pisces, march 6th, I beliee but he is very shy like u said but I don’t know how to approach him. He gos to a different school so I don’t get to see him on a daily basis but we do get to see each other online and when our frat/sorority has events. We mostly speak online…could I still attract him and if so how?
thats crazy im a cappy…jan 17th..and i met my pisces honey at college also! we just went through it but he has sweethearted his foot back in the door…
omg that whole thing when it’s over is soooo true cus ma bf said sum lng stuff cus i got sad nd mad bt he told me how much he lovee me im a capricorn nd he a pisces bt im still with him lovehim sooo much we can never end!
this time i will make sure that i don’t miss a pisces/capricorn combo…..:)
EARTH + WATER = MUD ( earth needs water to make it fertile)……… ๐
This is a description of my past relationship with a Pisces man to a T! It ended almost exactly as described as well. VERY DEAD-ON. I have never connected with another human being like I did with a Pisces man (I’m a Cappy woman). Too bad he was a compulsive liar…
wow, im a capricorn woman and this is all very well written! i hope things work out with my long term Pisces!
1/2 tru……”This is one of those combinations that could make a very boring date but a heavenly marriage, so the sucess of the pairing will depend on the timing and life plan of the individuals”………………. ๐ฎ BUT IT’S NOT BORING
I am a Cap girl wit a Pisces Man and I have to say that he has been the most fulfilling man I’ve had thus far. We have known an grow so much that I can’t see it going anywhere but UP! Never knew Love could Feel like this… Looking forward to spending the rest of my life making Him Happy! Love U CBP ๐ This article just put the icing on the cake! Although I Believe and KNOW that all things are in God’s Hands and in divine order I think its nice to hear this viewpoint! Thanks for posting!
wish there would be MARRIED couples to share their experience. that’s the best tried and true certification of this stuff.
This article is very good, a lot of the things are true about these two signs. I am a capricorn women and have known this pisces guy for the past five months and we’re not way serious but we have been hanging out and stuff and I wouldn’t mind it turning into a relationship. He’s really hard to read, like EXTREMELY hard. He will act one way then turn around and act completely different. Sometimes he will show effection and be all tender and loving and then other times he won’t. He’ll want to do things with me sometimes, and then other times he will just completely blow me off. I just don’t understand and I feel like he is playing games with me, but maybe he sees and feels differently. Because I also feel like he likes me just by the way he acts and stuff. There really is a spiritual connection here too but I need some help here on what to do… or hear of anyone in the same situation or a pisces man that can explain to me what is going on or something. Thanks (:
To TT,
Next time you see him, with a BIG Smile,.. Demand he come to you, look him in the eyes and hold that look, that smile and either,.. (A)-Kiss Him or (B)-Ask him why he has not asked you to be his gal.
He will be yours,..are you ready?
To Wounded Healer:
He told me he just wants to be friends. I think he just likes having me to the side like as a last resort type of thing or something. He enjoys my friendship and some of the benefits that come along with it but that is all. It’s just confusing because when we do hang out he acts like he likes me and the looks he gives me and everything but I guess it’s all just my imagination or something? I dont know. I just don’t like my feelings being toyed with so what do you think I should do? Because one part of me wants to just stop hanging out with him but then another part of me wants to continue to because he is fun to be around. But I don’t like feeling like I’m a last resort and he only wants to hang out with me when it’s convenient for him and if he has no other plans ya know? I need some more advice, Thanks (:
@confuse is your confusion over. let me try one more time; consider life to be a can and you are trying to open it with a can opener & over the top you don’t know how to operate it…..it maybe possible that you may land up in blood ๐ there4 ask an expert first and then go ahead opening it….. there4 follow what you are told by some people known as EXPERTS ๐
To TT,
I am sorry I took thislong to respond, it was not time for me to do that yet, time is now.
I can tell you that Pisces in general like everybody, until a time they are given reasons not to. We are polite, nice and congenial to everyone, I would speculate that you are misinterpreting what you seen in him. I bet if you asked him if that was the case, he would tell you so, being direct and doing so with calm is the best way to communicate with any Pisces, you can learn very much from Pisces and there wisdom by gently asking them, always a smile. There Big Heart can’t say no to a smile.
If you ask, you will always know where you stand with a Pisces Man, just be ready for the truth and as gentle as they know how to put it, don’t judge them for there opinion, there opinion is of the present energy, when that changes so to will the Pisces. They are not judging you, they are simply telling you what they Feel at that time, that moment!
When you find a Pisces Man that tells you he likes you and wants to date you, you will Love it, just try not to be so shy and aloof, be honest, if you tell him your true feelings about anything you are opening up a door to wonderful energy, nurture his soul and you will feel the LOVE emanating from him and it will feel GREAT!
Good Luck!
TT
If your having trouble letting go in your mind and you find him still taking moments to look at you, he may just have his blinders on. Generally speaking (he meant what he said when he said it), if you got that look from him recently, then take one more chance and sit him down all alone, no one else around and tell him what it is about him that you are attracted to, form your heart, he can keep secrets.
The reason you are telling him (and you should state this to him) is first for you, so you can learn to share your true feelings without being shy or feeling judged by them and secondly so that he knows where you stand at that moment, he will either or has already changed his opinion of you for better or he will cut you loose to live your life.
It would be easy for him to remain friends with you but only if he knows you are able to truly understand that friendship is all he wants and are able to just be his friend.
Pisces man is great and the relationship bet him and i grew gradually. though we both considered the big M initially we jsut hung out together on simple outings and there was no pressure on either side to get to all the ‘bases’ in a certain timeline. we had great chemistry things were allowed to flow naturally and don’t know about him but felt great for me. pisces is truly about the other being confortable. i could really open up n became flexible. my expressivenes improved! his moodiness threw me off in the beginning but i got used it and being by hiself periodically. i just let him be with his little toys gosh ive seen enough grown men seriously race cars at top speed. at home. on the computer. the bedroom was never a bargaining tool for me but if he does something for the kids or family then i do something nice that he wants. or else not. hes polite so yelling and screaming was never a problem unlike how i grew up at home (dad very controlling) i cant abide that. i realized at an early age that not seeing anothers point of view is not emotionally intelligent. and saying one thing and doing another hah i can see thru that v quickly. i also realized that paradoxically , when people do only for themselves, think only of themselves they are NOT ending up happy. happy families are those where two people create relations that sustain and keep other happy as much as themselves. i know for a fact that being a good provider and giving money does not make for a happy family: family goals are not achieved no one is happy and the dysfunctionality carries on to the next generation. one has to give of oneself. there’s no other way. My pisces is highly intuitive and his eq is probably more than mine. he learnt to give of himself. in a quiet moment sometimes i like to think that i provided him with the motivation to give of himself. he certainly does for me!
Wow! I am a Capricorn & my husband of 7 years is a Pisces.
This sounds EXACTLY like us. It’s crazy because people tell me all the time that I am the responsible one, and I take such good care of him as if he was my baby. He says all the time that he does not know what he would do without me, and I know it’s true. I give him stability and a great marriage but sometimes I worry that I am not passionate or exciting enough for him. I feel a little too inhibited and lonesome at times, and i wish I could make our relationship more spontaneous. We have a Wonderful marriage. A lot of people can see we are extremely compatible for eachother, and we have a lot of differences. This article was very interesting to read. I hope to hear more & new things. ๐
I just want to say this is so true of me and my husband and I find that he can be so moody and self-descructive to his deep level of thinking that he lets no-one into and at times I find it very frustrating and if allowed he could cause everyone around him to go into depression and his behaviour at times can make me feel like i do not know this man as he carries a deepness and complexity about him but yet I can talk and get on with most other men.. very hard work sometimes
Ahhh this sounds just so right. a couple weeks ago i meet this Girl ( lil angel as i call her) and my life has worn a new apparel, she is Capricorn and i am Pisces. we kissed at the first 5 minutes ( shy but passionate one) This sound like a puzzle with only two pieces, me and her and now its complete. i just pray for the bottom of my heart this will last for longer than i want it. she is adorable, beautiful, hot. understanding and she takes me in even when i screw it up. mad at me and hurt yet she stands there and kiss my tears away. amazing girl
wow, it’s so true.
Hmm….some true, some a bit off…maybe. Been with my fish for three years, came out of a 25 year marriage with a Leo of all things. My fish has never been married for more than 10 years…and tends to go for the young ones. I see all of this stuff as true, especially the straying part. Unfortunately, that would be the deal breaker for this Capricorn. It’s really sad in a way….he has so much to give and he is a great lover, dreamer, all those sexy things..lol. But, stability….that’s a tough one for this guy eh?
So true! They make a lovely pair and I support them
yes, its very true that i heavenly blessed with Capricorn wife , she cares me a lot and i too. but sometimes i worry about her depressions that i want to erase from his lifetime. so god blessing us to meet each other emotions , love, affections and so on, some times i feel proud of our pair that we never hide any thing with each other.

I am a 25 yr old Capricorn dating a 26 yr old Pisces. I never been with a guy like him. He buys me flowers, and satisfies me sexually. He communicates with me whenever we may have a disagreement or fall out. I can tell he loves me by his actions and the look in his eyes. He was eager to show me off to his family and eager to meet mine. He even cooks for me. The only thing that kills me is that he is a workaholic to the max and don’t have his priorities in order. He is a producer/ manager he puts his up coming artist before everything like brushing his teeth when he wakes up instead he heads straight to his computer and starts working. He puts this project before washing his clothes, going grocery shopping helping clean up around the house. Before buying a car to get to his destinations he rather waste the money paying for cabs.It sucks because he works from home and I see this creative creature take risk everyday. He also takes a lot of risk financially but so far bill s still get paid it may not be on time but its before the deadline. With him working so hard he feels as if going out to the club and drinking is a reward and he does work hard. I don’t think that its the best reward to choose because we always seem to get into arguments when he is drunk and that scares me he is quick to act off his impulses before thinking thru the possible outcomes which scares me also. I stick with him thru it all because I love him I love adventure and I trust him. Him wanting to be successful is a turn on because so do I and together I know we can make it. He has treated me with the utmost respect out of all my boyfriends. Sometimes he talks down to me like im a child which bothers me then again I feel he only does it for my own good you know us Capricorns can be quite hard-headed at times. I see his down falls with time management and organization and acting so freely with his money and mine which makes me want to stay even more and help him set up boundaries. I really love my boyfriend I know we can make it work but some things have to change especially with the going out and getting wasted. He tells me he wants to marry me but I wont marry someone who cant handle their liquor I don’t think he realizes he’s a light weight. He’s not a alcoholic I just believe at this point he cant handle the grey goose shots anymore. Should I give him a ultimatum? and if so what exactly should it be?

Sadly, the above is the only thing remotely true that you claim about this pairing. I am a Capricorn but feel much more like a Libra; no idea how I ended up a Cap. I have been with a Pisces for almost four years. He is all the things described (except giving in bed), but I am none of the ones you listed above, except maybe organized. Not shy, not overly ambitious, not willing to “mother” a lover – that’s pretty repulsive a notion, to be honest. How about equals? We’re all adults here. I love my boyfriend to pieces, but he’s caused me so much heartbreak in our time together that I know it’s best for me to say goodbye. I will leave him better than I found him, with more of a solid foundation and emotional openness (I helped him, not the reverse). What is described in this “article” is a toxic, unhealthy codependent relationship – not the “perfect match” you claim. I hope for other Cap/Pisces pairings that they don’t heed your words and stay together, wounding each other more deeply.
