Sagittarius Man and Aquarius Woman Compatibility

These two signs are both interested in the big picture, a future, and a world full of possibilities.  Chances are their lives have already been very different from most.  The Sagittarius man and Aquarius woman will have fun comparing notes and may both actually feel a little bored by the conventional.  They will tend to talk about non-personal topics such as history, evolution, bio-genetics, nuclear energy, and all things green.

How to Attract an Aquarius Woman as a Sagittarius Man:

Start with a provocative question.  Be direct and fluent.  If you’re not a good conversationalist about the FUTURE – not your future, dummy, the planet’s future – get out while the getting’s good. Educating girls in Afghanistan and micro lending are in.  Dress like you don’t give a s—- about what anyone else thinks.  Take her to fancy restaurant and wear one o those tails Tshirts.  Don’t be too friendly with the help.  Insist on splitting the tab.  Don’t quote Shakespeare.  He’s dead.

How to Attract a Sagittarius Man as an Aquarius Woman.  You’ll have to cross his path because he won’t be looking for you.     Women just “happen” to him.  Be super talkative – not about yourself or, God forbid, your life which he will consider “oh, no, potentially problematical” —  but about everyone and everything else in the room, passing by, etc.   Do your usual “we’re just friends’ routine and then amp it up to “we’re best friends”.  That will keep him happy because he  doesn’t like to get “involved”.  A relationship is just a way to get laid.    Laugh a lot during sex.  Act like you’re enjoying yourself but be inconsistent in putting out.

Romance is neither likely nor of value between these two.

Degree of Passion:

The Aquarius woman is always hiding some passion, while the Sagittarius man is likely to turn the passion in the direction of love of life or a humanitarian cause.  Both signs have trouble reducing passion to the personal arena.  They don’t do it well.

Degree of Friendship:

Both Aquarius and Sagittarius are rather footloose and fancy-free.  They both profess a belief in friendship but truth-to-tell, when the going gets tough, they’re off at a meeting to change the world.  Neither one likes dealing with personal problems, particularly not the chronic problems such as money, kids, careers, and growing old.  They can be good buddies to do things with, but if a friend in need is a friend indeed, nobody needs friends like this.

Degree of Marriage:

Aquarius female and Sagittarius male is not a good match for a conventional marriage.  For one thing, the gender roles are bent.  Both signs are yang, bachelors at heart, and focus on things beyond the personal home.  If these signs wind up having children, they will still consider the community at large to be more important than their own progeny.  Both signs need a lot of private time and space for the kind of deep thinking and contemplation for which they are noted.  In Aquarius woman and Sagittarius man, you have a scientist and philosopher who require quiet study time and the companionship of other adults for stimulation and sanity.

Progression of Relationship:

Considering the fact that these two may share common time  together for long periods before calling it “dating,” the progression of the relationship is not linear.  It relies on an inner ripening that comes about slowly and naturally, if at all.  Both parties should be comfortable with that because it is unconventional.

A common disinterest in sex may keep the Sagittarius man and Aquarius woman together.  Both Sagittarius and Aquarius are detached and cerebral.  These two may be more inclined to express their erotic feelings in generalized kindness or consideration rather than overt sexuality.

They will both probably deny that they were ever in the relationship for real.  Aquarius and Sagittarius both find it much easier to deal with love in the abstract, so if love fails, it could not have been love in the first place.  That is the loophole … and the trap door.
