I suspect cancer girls, more than anything, WANT to be independent – it seems to be a major value for them. I’m an aries man with a cancer g/f, and I have to say it sucks. I’m amazingly infatuated with her, near the point of obsession. I just dont get her, and worst not only do I not understand her but I dont understand why im so irrationaly attracted to her.

Wow Leigh, you are so dead on about the Aries man. I dated one for five years. Had the same b-day as yours April 1 by the way. I tell you he did sweep me off my feet. I still to this day think about all the things he did to make me feel good and bad. However, he left me for another girl, a pisces and married her because he got her pregnant. How impulsive of him and typical as this is his second marriage which stemmed from getting a woman pregnant . Its like he is prone to committing these mistakes. Its all about progression for me. However, I can’t help but think that someday when we are in our 60’s or 70’s that we will hook up again. I just think that he has to mature a bit and the wife he has right now is just the one to put him through alot of the same bs he put me through to help him achieve that maturity. Besides, I would never let him back in to my life that easily. He would have to watch me marry somebody else and create a life with that person the same way I watched him create this “supposed blissful life”. Not to say that I would leave my future husband because I am extremely loyal, and not to say that my marriage would end up in divorce because I take extra precaution to not fall for the “okie doke”, but I know that I have to be able to experience other relationships in order to even think about giving him a second chance ever in the future if we were both single. Its my way of maintaining control over the whole situation and my emotions for this man. Again, I know crazy but it works for me. The worse thing I could ever do to myself is fall back in to this crazy cycle with him without ever really finding out who I am on the inside. I think this would help me not commit the same mistakes I did when I lost myself in him. Well anywayz, no one has hurt me or broken by heart like he did. Its not as if I didn’t want him to come back but I want to be with the man who truly in his heart wants to be with me. If he can’t give me that then there is no security in it for me. Its as if we are karmicly(is that a word) connected. I dreamed about the daughter he was going to have with this Pisces woman without even knowing it was a girl months before they even knew what they were having. I had a dream in which I saw his mother as a widow three weeks before his father died and I didn’t even know that his father was having health problems. I can’t explain this weird connection to this Aries man because I hate how he is and know that there could never be anything between us because of this but yet and still this connection tugs at my heart. I know, I am so crazy. I almost feel sorry for him because I know deep down inside he doesn’t mean to be so foolish and arrogant. He confided in me that he was unhappy and that he now sees how I was right during the course of our entire relationship. He truly realizes that I understood his pain, anguish, hopes and dreams and was never judgemental of his past and insecurities. Knew an Aries male for a couple of years and I think there’s a lot of other factors that have to be considered to make this a good match. Aries male is intelligent, creative, clowns around, bluffs but ultimately is a player. They’re impulsive and need variety or instant gratification or both or maybe they don’t know what they want lol. Am Cancerian and am engaged with an Aries man, at first d relationship seems perfect like made in heaven, right now am beginning to av a rethink cos he hardly makes me happy, we fight and argue a lo, he doesn’t get his priorities right with me. He’s been selfish lately. Am having a second thought if I truly wanna move further in dis relationship. We’ve dated for 2 1/2 years now.
I totally don’t agree with this. My Aries man was very self centered, selfish and had serious anger issues. When he decided to divorce after 18 yrs he didn’t even talk about it first. He wasn’t protective, the only handling of the court process was to benefit himself, canceled bank accounts, spent a lot of our money on himself, didn’t care if our son had a place to live and food to eat, much less me. He was terrible.

The confidence of an Aries man amazes and definitely attracts me to them always.Same with Sag and Leo men.I just never get enough of these fire signs.Dated a Scorpio man once but he was so quick to get angry and more sensitive than l was.Im cancerian but I just can’t stand the sensitivity of the Pisces and Scorpio men.I love that when I’m with Aries or Sag i feel so confident and independent not clingy at all.I actually enjoy how they chase me with so much enthusiasm lol.It just becomes a chasing game I never want to end coz it’s just amazing .Oh well.I just wish other cancer women can play the hard to get game with these men and they will worship the ground you walk on lol .These boys just want a good traditional chase.Laugh at their aggressiveness when they pursue you and run and even faster and they will keep chasing.Always come up with new things to do in the bedroom and outside like a weekend away for two.Go partying together socialise a bit more with your friends while they are away so you won’t nag them when you feel lonely.Its just an amazing life with these men.Make them a little jealous once in while ..
